Maintenance

We perform pre-move-in inspections, Test HVAC, check all plumbing and appliances, and cleaning.

Yes, we have on-site 24 hour emergency maintenance.

When you move in, you have 48 hours to submit a move in inventory condition form with any items that we may have missed. After that, you can submit a work order request through the online portal.

We complete service requests on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, if it is considered an emergency, we will complete emergency requests first.

You do not have to be present, we can enter and will leave a note informing you that the service request has been completed.

If you are locked out, please call our 24-hour emergency maintenance.

Any modifications made to your apartment home needs to be approved by management. EX: Accent wall color and/or any structural modifications. (ADA)

Yes, we have onsite parking.

No, we have a parcel locker room located onsite.

Quiet hours are between 10pm to 8am. We do not rent out any common area spaces.

We do accept walk-ins, and appointments are also welcomed.

Typical time frame is 3 – 7 business days.

We accept the following:

  • Online with a credit/debit card or ACH.
  • We also have alternative payment options such as WIPS and FLEX.
  • You may also bring in a personal check or cashier's check

Yes. You have the option to enroll under our preferred Insurance vendor, ResidentShield by calling (800) 566-1186 or visiting their website www.residentshield.com

No utilities are included in the rent.

Electricity needs to be set up by Resident by contacting City Public Service Energy at 210-353-2222 to establish service prior to Move In date. Property participates in RUBS which we will charge a one-time utility set up fee of $15, and you will be billed for Water, Sewer, and Trash.

You can use any cable and internet provider that services our community, but we partner with AT&T Fiber, Google, Charter (Time Warner/Spectrum) which offer very good rates.

Guest are not allowed to stay for more than 2 consecutive days.

No, the base rent will remain the same, but you can lock in your current rate for lease terms 12 months up to 18 months.

There is a $3000 early termination fee and reletting fee that equals 85 % of one month’s rent. Any specials given will have to be paid back. (exceptions apply)
